Everyone was very attentive and explained the process thoroughly. They kept me updated. It all went very smoothly. It was nice to have enterprise right there with a rental waiting for me. And everyone was very friendly. Thank you for making a not- so-good situation very easy to deal with!

Very Friendly people to work with. Love the updating of the progress of the repairs to know what has happening when. The work to this point looks wonderful and from all that has been said we have the backing to support any issues.

I was completely satisfied. However, my husband said that he saw some areas where the paint was streaked (looked like it 'ran' and dried that way. After he pointed it out, I could see it, but without him pointing it out I wouldn't hVe noticed. ????

Told my car was done, left work in the middle of the day to pick up the car, however the repair job was poorly executed. Some tape was still on the fender before it was painted, resulting in an non painted section. Seems like you have closed out my repair job in your system, based on the texts I have been receiving. I will keep responding to your texts in the hope that you decide to update how you do notifications. The reason? Getting texts saying that the job is done despite repairs not being completed is only a reminder of the aggravation you guys are putting me through. I think this kind of social media outreach can be a positive thing, but only if it is executed properly, and certainly for me it has only been an increased source of frustration. For example, you sent me a text last night saying "Thank you Ted for allowing us to repair your Ford". Keep in mind I was back at work making up for the time I missed driving down and back to your shop so I could meet with William from Geico before he left for the day. So, I was frustrated and I replied with one word..."Seriously?". I got a reply stating that it's an automated system (which is fine) but I am curious why your system would consider my job closed. Also, I don't appreciate being patronized by being told that it's a "small issue" that you guys didn't do the job right the first time. The tape on the fender was obvious to me, and I don't do body work. The more I think about it, the more I can't believe your guys didn't catch it, and it really makes me wonder about your process and who is in charge of making sure that repairs are checked before customers are called in to pick up their vehicles. So, as of right now, I am absolutely not satisfied with my overall repair experience. And if you are going to send me any more text messages, please make sure they are applicable to my situation and not generic.

I think the text telling me it would be done on Wednesday set my expectations to get my car on Wednesday. Then candidly even when we were called I never felt like I was being told the truth. Even when we picked it up we were told the reason we were not called after the texted came out telling us it was done was because it just came out from bring washed. Funny thing the windows could not have been any dirtier and there was finger prints everywhere.

I really appreciated being update throughout the entire process, via both phone calls and text messages. It was very comforting to know that I was important throughout the ordeal. Scott was so helpful and very informative, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. Truthfully, I hope that I don't have to use your services again but I am glad to know that if I did that I would be treated exceptionally and would have zero reservations about returning to Abra in the future. Thank you!!

The truck inside and out looks amazing. My only comment would be that it would have been nice to get a call the day it was supposed to be done instead of having to call wondering what was going on. Thanks
