Holy **** those texts were annoying. I don't want constant communication if there is no action. We agreed upon a completion date and I would prefer to be contacted only when everything is done or there is a change in the plan. I also got phone calls the day before the completion date and the day of saying that things would likely be done later that day. Then another call when things were done later. What a waste of my time. Overall I was satisfied with the repair but chill on the communication.

They went above and beyond the repairs that was impressive. Also there were several text and calls to keep me informed how the repairs were doing. Finally the y knew that it was important for me that my car be returned asap and repairs were done a day Earlie. Thank you for every thing.

Matt did a wonderful job of keeping me up to date on progress and repairs and was very kind and professional throughout the entire process. It was nice having Lafe there to handle all insurance questions and help with questions and concerns. Also I appreciated being able to smoothly deal with my rental an transfer between cars in house. The whole process was the least painful part of being involved in an accident.
