The entire experience with Abra was pleasant. Matt Armenti kept me posted daily on the progress and always asked if I had any questions/concerns. I also received a daily text on status. Scott (don't know his last name) walked me through the repair plan on 1st day and was great. On the day we picked up the car Jared (don't know his last name) walked us around the car to ensure we were happy with the results..he was awesome. I will highly recommend your company to all my friends. They even got my car done in time for us to go vacation.. Thank you for everything!

ABRA did a great job on the repairs and kept me well-informed. However, the car took two days longer to get fixed then I expected, and it was dusty and odorous when I picked it up. It would've been nice to have the car completely clean and an air freshener for the odors.
