You don't need to contact me further however I do feel the need to tell you the only part of my experience I was upset by is the condition in which I received my vehicle in. I have an '08 Cadillac Escalade, it was filthy inside and out when I brought it to you. I was so happy when I picked it up and it appeared to be all cleaned. I thought wow that was nice of them. I then get home and go out on my balcony to look at my car and the whole roof hasn't been washed! Why bother to wash it at all AND make a big deal about returning it to me clean when it's not even clean! I didn't expect you to wash it at all so it's a petty complaint I guess but why do it at all if you are only going to halfway do it?

Unfortunately, this has been my third experience with service king. Fortunately, they do great work, which is why I chose this location once again to perform my vehicle repairs. Every experience I have had with service king has been pleasurable. They kept me informed every step of the way and the repairs were as if the vehicle never had any damage. I am very satisfied with the service and repair, and will definitely use service king again if needed.

Amazing customer service experience! Every phone call and personal encounter was upbeat and friendly. Your staff made being in an accident far less stressful. My car looks great too. The extra care that went into cleaning the inside was a pleasant surprise. Seriously, I cannot stress what a wonderful job you did. Thank you!
