My car was not repaired properly when it was ready the first time. Instead of just replacing the bumper, they tried to repair and the paint wouldn't coat smoothly. So when I got it back I had a new bumper which they should have done that the first time. Vince was really nice and I am glad that Service King did pay for the rental as well.

Initially I was scheduled to come in on Thursday 2/18 at noon. When I brought in my car I was told that they don't take cars for estimates and repairs on Thursdays, so I should come back next week. I came back in on Monday and was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready by Wednesday. When I started my car, a bunch of lights were on on the dashboard (check engine and another that I have never seen). My screen also looked different when I went to adjust the temperature. This didn't make sense, considering the repair had been done to my rear bumper. I went back inside and explained what I was seeing and was told that those lights had been on when I dropped off my car. This was not true. They looked at my car again and brought it back it back out with the lights turned off. However I have concerns about they was done to my car to make those lights turn on during this service.

This was my first car accident and I was apprehensive about the hassle of getting my car repaired quickly and properly. Service King made me a believer that the process can be and should be a hassle free experience. I could not be more pleased with everything Service King did for me.

Had problem after receiving my car had to have it towed to the Acura dealer but problem was resolved and service king took care of the cost. I am thankful for Service Kings on going professionalism. Especially Vince and Irv

The entire staff was most welcoming. The service associates took time to explain the repairs needs and associated costs. Once we took our vehicle in for thevrepsir, the daily status updates were greatly appreciated as we were on vacation and needed the vehicle upon our return.

Service King did great bodywork on my Car. After close inspection, everything lines up perfect. I like the fact that I was kept informed of the progress of work and expected completion date.
