Service King Spring Valley

I gave a 9. When I picked up my car. I noticed there is a tiny ****/2 inch triangle mismatch paint spot on the right front close to my passenger door. Since it was Saturday, they cannot do anything about it. It was due to the fact that someone forgot remove the tiny tape completely. So it left a little scar on that. Overall, the service is very good. Joe the service advisor did a good follow up. It will be perfect if the little paint scar was not there. Kind Regards, Simon

When my ins told me to take the at service king at first I doubted the name but bec I trust my state farm I said I will go there. When I came I was greeted by the receptionist and Dave the estimator took me to his office after he looked and estimated my car. He is very knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained the damages on my car. He is so professional. And every day they updated ne about my car thru twxting. So when I went to my job I was telling all my co workers how your customers service was so great. I always tell my co workers everyone I received excellent service. I told them that I am just nobody and was treated like a king. I am so impressed and shocked that my car was taken good care. I am going to tell everyone about yourservice. Dave was so honest to me and said that he would update me about where my car is. To everyone at service king thank you. I am also impressed the timing and everything. Your,service is so different from other collision. Your honesty and good customer service are so real bec you made me feel a very important customer. David throughly inspected the vehicle to make sure my belongings weren't lost. Held onto my golf clubs and even loaded them when the work was done. Great service!
