Eric **** treated me great from beginning to end. Extremely happy with the customer service I received, thanks.

The receptionist was not knowledgeable, rude and unfriendly. The day for me to pick up my vehicle , I had called and spoken with a female receptionist explaining I was unable to pick up my vehicle and if it was ok for a relative of mine to pick it up. When my mother and my stepdad arrived the receptionist insisted I had dropped off a Tahoe and that my car was in the shop for over a month. My family assured her that was not my vehicle and my car had only been there for less than a week to a week . She did not take a moment to listen to my family as they explained to her I had a Nissan Sentra, she kept arguing with my family that my vehicle was a Tahoe and attempted to provide them with keys to the Tahoe. The receptionist made a comment about my family not understanding due to a language barrier, when my stepdad knows English perfectly fine. This took several minutes to be resolved due to the receptionist inability to listen. The rudeness, the arguing the inability to listen, the lack of customer service, giving personal property to the wrong person and especially the comment made about the language barrier was uncalled for..... Eric **** was nice and friendly.

Eric was great...he deserves a raise! My expectations were exceeded! Great job!

I thought the staff was very professional and friendly. I appreciated receiving updates on the repair process. If I were to rate my experience from **** to 10, 10 being the highest, Service King at Craig Rd.scores 10, in all areas!
