Wayne at Service King was very professional and caring! I just purchased my truck brand new in January this year. My truck was involved in a hit and run incident while it was parked out side my residence but I fortunately found out who the individual was that hit me vehicle. Needless to say I expressed my concerns he understood what I was dealing with a brand new 2014 GMC Sierra that only has about 5K miles hasn't even had it's first oil change. I got the truck back on Monday the cosmetic body work that was performed looks impeccable! I've only driven the truck a few miles as of now but the alignment issue appears to be fixed and the truck handled well! Thank You, Wayne and the Service King Staff that assisted me with getting my truck back on the road!

Our customer service agent Wayne **** was extremely helpful, he kept us inform about the every single steps getting our jeep fix... I HAVE NOT HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO RETRIEVE MY VEHICLE FROM SERVICE BECAUSE OF THE REQUIRED 500 DEDUCTIBLE BY FARMERS INSURANCE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY KNOW DARN WELL THEY ARE GOING TO GET THIS MONEY BACK FROM GEICO INSURANCE THROUGH SUBROGATION. I WAS NOT AT FAULT IN THIS ACCIDENT AND SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE TO HAVE MY VEHICLE REPAIRED. IT'LL JUST SIT THERE UNTIL MY ATTORNEY ADVISE ME OTHERWISE, AND I'LL JUST KEEP DRIVING THE RENTAL VEHICLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING, AND THIS IS NOT ABOUT SERVICE KING.
