The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I was given regular updates on when my vehicle would be ready and they were able to order a part the same day and had my vehicle ready the next day.

David did a great job as a service Rep. He went out of his way to make EVERYTHING perfect. My only negative comment is getting one answer from David and then a different answer via text msg.

After careful inspection and pointing out sevrral issues, everything came out looking good. The management was very concerned about making me happy with their service. The employees in the back need to learn what customer is and be careful what they say. Telling an account rep that they're on lunch and the customer would have to wait until lunch is done is completely unprofessional and should be addressed immediately.
