The experience was exceptional from receptionists, followup and updates on repair, which was perfectly done, AND Andy was professional, courteous, sensitive and took very good care of my claim. Job was finished ahead of schedule. A+ Highly recommend!

He also kept me informed with texts, voice mail, and personal phone calls. I felt valued as a first time customer. Your receptionists were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Andy walked me to my car, making sure any questions and concerns were answered before I drove off the lot. The lifetime warranty on work performed, makes everything extra special.

We dropped our brand new Yukon off with only one dent. They called and said it was done. It was sooner then promised so we were happy. We went to get it and the dent was fixed, but there was scratches and scuffs all around were the dent was. So they said they would fix it to come back tomorrow. So we went to pick it up a second time and there was 15 miles put on it and deep scratches on the hood, the front spoiler was cracked and paint was chipped, also paint or white grease on the brand new leather seats in back seat and the scuffs were in a different place now. The manager Billy acted like all of this especially the 15 miles were no big deal. So we had to leave it again. And finally on the fourth time There is still a big spot on one of our leather seats, they said it was a drop of water, but it never dried. Now we have to take it to a leather specialist to get it fixed. We would not recommend this place to anyone not even an enemy.

Very professional service and excellent customer service. It was so efficient that in less than 30 mins I was on my way back home with a loaner car. Updates me regularly and it was done ahead of the supposed schedule. Danny has been great !!

Very friendly staff. Sheldon was very professional and thorough with pre and post explanation. Had one small issue with front trunk panel. He took care of it right away. Really liked the text updates.

The team on Azure is awesome! That's why I insist our vehicles be taken there. We've had 8 accidents in 3 years, so we have some experience with different shops and know that the staff on Azure is golden. Our truck's completion was only delayed once (and I really didn't mind because I had a great rental ????). This time, our insurance tried to send us to another company for repairs. I told them I was using Service King. Later, the SK operator tried to make an appointment for the truck at the Rancho location - which was booked. I said good because I'm going to Azure. Whoever we deal with is just very courteous, knowledgeable and available, although I've never really needed to contact our representative because I'm kept up-to-date through texts and phone calls. Rarely have my daughter or I been kept waiting in the lobby for pick up or drop off. A huge bonus for busy people. Our rep, Chris Wade was great. The ladies up front are always great. Especially the regular gal (I'm sorry I don't know her name). If you check our history you'll see that we've been there a few times. We are always well taken care of. Thank you. Charlene S
