Work was completed earlier than scheduled. I received daily updates through text which was very nice. My car looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier.

Francisco and Stormy were wonderful to work with. They took every call and answered my many many questions regarding my unique situation. I felt they cared and made every effort to take care of me. Additionally the work done on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. They matched my bumper to my oxidized trim beautifully. I am extremely happy! I hope to never need collision repair again but if I do I will return to you. Thank you!

Wesley was amazing! He kept me updated on the repair status and my car was ready at the promised time. I knew they would wash the outside of the car but was pleasantly surprised to find the inside of my car vacuumed and wiped down. The customer service there is top notch and I would highly recommend Servixe King off Azure Drive.

Very prompt and great keeping customer updated

The repair itself is terrible. There are clear dimples all around where the original damage was. Additionally the car was a mess inside with dirty handprints throughout the inside of the car. The floor mats were also trashed. Obviously nobody cared to put anything down to protect the interior while work was being performed. Very disappointed in the quality of work and the overall care taken with my car. I called the service advisor immediately upon getting the vehicle home but he didn’t answer and he hasn’t returned my call.

I really liked the updates, although I was expecting completion 6 days later than it ended up being. This threw me off a bit since I was out of town based on the updates determined my length of stay. I appreciate the excellent service!

Ya'll this place is great! I came in to have my back bumper replaced and it was a easy as pie experience. My car is beautiful again! The other person's insurance paid for everything so I'm not sure about cost, but service wise, efficiency, communication, and just over all kindness was spot on. You guys even cleaned my car for me!! You kept me up to date on everything and the communication is much appreciated. There were issues with the rental car and the other party's insurance but one of the receptionists resolved it as quickly and diligently as they could. I know it was annoying and everyone had to go above and beyond the usual efforts but they made it their priority to iron it all out for me. I think it could have gone a lot worse but she was super helpful. On the day it was ready, the other receptionist, Stormy waited ten minutes after closing for me to come pick it up because I was at work. She was very kind. It's also super convenient that your business is so close to the car rental company and that they have a partnership. I also needed a oil change but your crew politely mentioned they don't do those services but pointed me to a really great shop in walking distance. Over all I am happy with my experience.
