Everything was outstanding. Andy and francisco were great and friendly. My only issue is my rear is bouncing around. Everything else,especially Andy and Francisco, was perfect

My console and glove box was ransacked, a moulding piece was pulled off and thrown in the floor, lug nuts missing from re-installed tire, tire pressure set at 41 psi when 32 is recommended, but worst of all I believe someone was driving my vehicle as an address had been programmed into my GPS that led to a neighborhood not far from your repair facility. I'm filing a complaint with the state, as well as notifying my insurance company USAA, to beware of doing business with your company.

I have to tell you...your store at 7350 W. Azure....is the BEST in VEGAS! Billy Murray, Stormy Ragsdale and Francisco Paredes are ROCKSTARS... when it comes to Customer Service!!!! I've been coming to your location for years...because of these three great employees. In 2016, I was in two crazy car accidents...I had a Migraine headache for over 7 months..due to these accidents. So much pain! Your employee, Mr. Francisco Paredes, was extremely patient with me. Mr. Paredes, has unbelievable customer service skills...you'd have thought... he owned the place. Through the years...Mr. Paredes has continued to give great customer service. This man truly deserves EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR! ServiceKing is very lucky to have Mr. Paredes as an employee.

The process is easy. They keep you updated on your repairs and because they don't give you an unrealistic completion date, you are pleasantly surprised when they finished the job early. Very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.
