When we brought the car in for repair, everything was explained to us, a completion date was given, and were told we would be receiving updates on the progress which we did. When we picked the car up, they went over the repairs in detail. Also were told that if we found anything we were not satisfied with, to bring it back in to have it corrected. Had a very good and satisfying experience.

The delivery felt rushed. Upon quick inspection, it looked okay. However I found several inconsistencies after getting it home and having a better look. The bumper is warped on the rear passenger side on the bottom. The paint is poorly applied at the edges and seams. The plastic holding the bumper to the wheel well was never replaced, as it was cracked. I expected everything to be repaired and replaced that was damaged, as I have used Service King in the past.

They person that helped us out was**** Tario Service Advisor he did a excellent job keeping us updated on my car. He did a great great job. It was a very good experience in a bad time. Wesley was great in keeping us informed about the progress of the car. We had one small issue when we came to pick up the car and he arranged to have the minor work done the same day and we picked it up the next day. What can I say the car looks very nice thank you
