I am very happy with the service I received. Wesley was very attentive and helpful. He even arranged for one of the employees to drive me home so I didn't have to Uber. Had an amazing experience...they were great with communicating every step of the way through text which is perfect because I hate any social interaction I can't completely control. After repairing the car two weeks before expected and being in constant contact, I have no complaints other than I wish the idiot who hit me had looked before changing lanes. The staff was friendly and prompt...I almost wanted to hang out a few hours, but that's weird. All in all my experience with service King was ****...the good kind. Thanks again, hope I never have to see you again xo

I wanted to send you an email documenting everything that I saw and what is still wrong with my car.
****.The alarm system that is inside the mirror inside w/o auto glare cntrl part number ****-****-xxxxD05 that was replaced by your shop doesn't work. It should be brand new and working perfectly.
2.The check engine light is still on. I will attach an image.
3.The broken bulb light is still on. I will attach an image.
4. My GPS unit is cracked. I will attach an image.
5.There is still a very large scratch in the impact area that was fixed. I will attach an image.
6.I still have a buzzing sound coming from all speakers when my radio is on.
7. The alignment is very off and pulls to the right. I'm bringing the car tomorrow morning to get an alignment and they will inspect the suspension to see if there's any damages due to the accident.
8. When my car is at a complete stop it feels very rough. I don't know if this has something to do with the engine mounts due to impact from the accident.
9. Today me you and your supervisor all agreed that the bumper was not align properly and that the passenger side of the bumper was pushed in more towards the wheel then the driver side. When your supervisor attempted to have it fixed he said he was not able to fix the problem.
10. When my car was checked into your shop it had 310,066 miles when I arrived back to where I am staying which is 14 miles away from your shop in Vegas my mileage was at 311,608. Can you please help me understand why there is ****,542 extra miles on my car?
11. I dont understand why there is yellow plaster passenger side on the repair site. Nowhere else on the car has this on it. I will attach an image.

I will say that overall, I am satisfied. I was disappointed that it took longer than expected, but I understand the reasons why. I'm thrilled that at this point my vehicle seems to be running smoothly. Hope this will continue for the long run.
