Repair my passenger side mirror. It was in excellent working order but when I got into my car and drove off my mirrors needed adjusting. I think something wasn't adjusted correctly when the Drivers side mirror was replaced. I can only use the direction switch to go up and down it won't turn my passenger side mirror left and right. Maybe something was tighten to much but my passenger mirror blind spot is bad. I would like to come in at 5:20 Friday to have it adjusted. It is dangerous for me to drive my car, I can't see cars at all my blind spot area is larger. Please have Jose call me, thank you.

Your customer service was great since I walked on in. The lady that had are case was Lisa she was awesome and polite and explained everything. I would tell all my friends to take it to Device King they are number one.

No. My car wasn’t ready for pick up until night; therefore, I couldn’t really see the “completed” work very well. In the wake of day, my car was “supposedly” washed for return to me. It looked as if a 3 year old “washed” my car. I have pictures. I did not bring my car to Service King looking bad - why should I receive it back in anyway “less than” how I brought it to you guys. Unacceptable. Please schedule a “rewash today. Also, if this is a “new” bumper why is there a defect in it. (Again, I have pictures) of the completed job. My contact number is ****-****-xxxx T. Jose was great! I love that he kept me updated on how things were progressing with my repair. Whoever cleaned my car... THANK YOU!! My kids have trashed that car and tonight when I got in I didn't think it was my car. You made me cry. Seriously. I would recommend you guys to anyone. Thanks again for taking care of my Hyundai!

The car is in worse shape than when we dropped it off. Other than the cosmetic fender the repair was not completed and now the door will not unlock or lock, the drivers side tire is shaking and squeaking, my key fob is missing the battery and back cover and the car was given back with the low gas light on! Horrible service and I am contacting my insurance company.

We haven’t had vehicles in body shops very often over the years, but based on our previous experiences, Service King blows the rest of them out of the water, from the initial visit , the continuous emails on the progress of the repairs, to final delivery of our vehicle.
