I was given a jeep, when I have a Prius. Thought they would give me something closer to my car in gas mileage. What I spent filling up the jeep was a month of gas for me. Also I had called to see if my carbwas ready when they said it would be to find out they needed it longer which is fine, yet they didn't call me to notify me. Same with when I needed to pick it up called at 3:30 said they would get back to me. Called me at 4 saying it's ready. Anddd that they were closing early at 5.. if I didn't call what would have happened they notify me with 30 mins to pick it up.

I really enjoyed the great customer service. The entire team was friendly and they were well coordinated. Everything from scheduling an appointment, having an estimate prepared to coordinating with the insurance and vehicle rental company was quick and pleasant. I would highly recommend this facility because not only was the customer service great, my car looks great, they also finished my vehicle earlier than anticipated!
