Everything was done in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with the young lady Wendy who answered my inquiries on several occasions. She was very helpful and informative. It was also convenient to return the rental car at the time of pickup of my completed vehicle.

When we picked up the vehicle pieces were not not complete and had to wait another twenty minutes for completion this after waiting an additional day because completion was scheduled on a Thursday but was told it would not be ready until friday. We made sure not to leave until all repairs were finished once it was 100% done the end result was great the vehicle looks good but the process was not good.
