What a wonderful experience and pleasure it was working with the folks at Fix Auto. Your timely updates on the progress of my vehicle allowed me to meet prior engagement and alleviate any scheduling conflict. The entire team was very professional and polite and easy to get ahold of if i had any concern. I must admit, the repair came out better than i imagine. My adjuster Rene was very thorough with his assessment and Karie took time going over the final product. Thanks to Enterprise with their prompt service and inquiring on my behalf. Thank you.

From the moment I took the vehicle in I was warmly welcomed by the receptionists and the adjuster. All the details were provided to me as well as the projected completion date. I was pleased when the adjuster called to let me know the vehicle would be done one day ahead of schedule and I'm completely satisfied with the work. From start to finish it was definitely a JOB WELL DONE!

Windshield is cracked, the car is super dirty, and there’s still a problem wit my car. Not happy at all. If the car wasn’t ready, then don’t give it back.simple as that. I’m upset that my windshield wasn’t cracked when I dropped it off and there’s a huge crack in the middle.
