The paint job was not done correctly, it will be going back the the shop. I can see where they had taped something across my windshield the bottom 5 inches is clear above the taped off line is cloudy and I am not able to clean what ever is on the windshield off, my guess is over spray, my truck will be coming back to be fixed correctly and the windshield cleaned or replaced it the hazy stuff can not be cleaned off it.

Pleasant and cheerful employees. On time service repair. Helpful and knowledgeable. Looks brand new. Liked the Ameriprise/Enterprise special and convenient arrangements. Good rates and very smooth for dropped to pickup.

I'm sure this is going to sound like a paid advertising, but…. Everything worked like clockwork from the very beginning; from the easy to find & easy to get into location. I appreciated the well organized parking area. The service desk was clearly defined in the waiting room, but there was no waiting. The staff was attentive, well dressed, very professional, alert and efficient. The restroom was close at hand, clean, well lighted & functioning. The performance of the estimate was organized, Pleasant and focused. Even the paperwork back in the office was painless and well organized. I had said I would be in need of a ride to the bus and was pleasantly surprised by your friendly driver in a clean, comfortable shuttle ride straight to my home His Experienced navigation through rush-hour traffic, was a great plus. The updates that I received from you and my Insurance agent were a great help in planning my schedule for the week. Ride back to the shop from my house was just as comfortable though I'm sure much more difficult for your driver because it was Friday rush-hour traffic at six. All the paperwork was ready when we got there. The cost of repair and the cost to me were all printed out for me to carry home. Guarantee of repair for the life of the car as long as I own it is something I had never heard of before and now can will believe. Now as for the car after leaving the service desk, I was amazed it look like they had never been a problem in the first place it looked as good as it had, The day we bought the car — New from the dealer. As far as I can tell, you give the industry an entirely new facelift. Count on us at any time for a glowing appraisal of your entire organization.

Everyone was helpful, informed and quick to help me get my car fixed in a timely manner. If I ever need to get my car fixed again I will definitely come back to fix auto Gresham even though I live in Molalla now.
