Richard and Jessica at Auto-Tech provided Great Customer Service. The only aspect I did'nt like was when my car was promised on a Wed it was suddenly delayed it seemed because of an incorrect car part, In the future I think it would be better to ensure all the details pertaining to car completion are covered before promising the customer a time/date their car is ready for pick so to ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction ????

Your staff is amazing. Only thing was that I was charged an extra day for my rental when I specifically called ahead to make sure this wouldn't happen. I was working the day my car was ready to be picked up and was told I could pick up my car the next morning and not be charged an extra day for the rental. If there is any way to erase this charge, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you again!
