I plan on doing a public review as well, but I am 110% satisfied with my car and so thrilled I chose to use VMS. Not only was it done several days before I was told, it was washed, vacuumed, wiped down (completely detailed), and additional scratches were touched up no cost. It looks amazing. Somehow even better than it did when I first got it. I love it, thank you so much.

I was very pleased with the fast response and quality of the work done at VMS. In addition the staff at VMS treated us very professional and polite. Time wasn't a factor for me but nonetheless VMS staff performed their job promptly and efficiently cutting the wait by a week. They've eased the process of what should've been a stressful situation. Communication was above and beyond what I would have expected. If or when I can accrue some funds, VMS will be the first collision center I'll consider, above all!
