I typically avoid high volume shops due to their impersonal approach to customer service and shoddy workmanship. Those shops typically value number of units more than number of satisfied customers. This is not this shop. While Fix Escondido clearly has the size and resources of some of the largest shops their customer service approach is more consistent with a small mom and pop shop. From their polite and attentive front counter staff to the technicians, I left feeling they truly cared about my experience. Their verbal and electronic communication was efficient and professional. As I inspected my car upon delivery there were three employees eagerly awaiting my approval which they received. The car was spotless and work exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them for both insurance and personal work.
