The automatic text system alerted me that was car was ready for pickup before it was ready. Also, I was expecting the car to be completely detailed when getting it back from the shop, but just the side that was repaired was cleaned. As this is only the second time I have auto body work done, maybe the completely detailed car is something not normally done upon completion. Staff was friendly, but seemed slightly disorganized at times.

There was only **** issue and they are looking at it on Friday 11/18/2016. Other then that the car looks amazing just like the day before the accident even better
