My car is still not fixed. I have called at least 10 times. A former manager Mark came to my employment to look at my car and tried to tell me my bumper is supposed to be uneven that's just how it's made. Which I later found out by the new manager Wayne that is crap. But anyway, Mark looked at my Abs/ traction sensor and said that my car would have to be taken to Firestone and he would have the problem fixed if progressive doesn't cover it since his company has provided such horrible customer service. I mean it has been a nightmare they promised twice they were coming to pick up my car and never showed up or called. Finally Mark came out to look at it after of course 8 phone calls and I was told abs issue would be fixed and of course the shotty repair work is just how bumpers are made. I have been nice and very patient but that's all out the window. I had a friend bring my car back to the body shop in Belmont Last Saturday and manager Wayne and Shaun took pictures of the axle and stuff under my car to send to progressive adjuster so they can hash it out and see who's repairing it. Well the progressive adjuster jason called me today and said he never could get the body shop to call him back about emailing him the pics so he stopped by today and they was told they have been deleted. So now I am going to have to waste my time and a trip down there to deal with this yet again. Funny thing is that Wayne said the **** bumper was not acceptable and put on by someone that is getting ready to be terminated. Well I am sorry but if you don't have compatent employees that is not my fault and I should not be burned with this the dang wreck was bad enough.
Anyway the problem is that your company sent me home in an unsafe vehicle that I am responsible for carrying 4 chidren in. I called you the next business day and informed you about the abs and traction issue because it is not safe and I was scared And didn't know if I should be driving it. And I've called and called and finally a month and half later you found out the axle is damaged again this was not prior to the accident so when you did the assessment of my car this should have been seen and addressed with progressive. At this point I do not care anymore about any excuses or bs I want the work fixed and I don't care if you have to do it all or if you deal with progressive and yal come to some agreament but this is not my problem. I will be leaving bad reviews and warning others to stay clear of your body shop every where I can. I have just emailed wsoctv whistleblower, insurance commission and i will be looking to post reviews on social media also. Thanks for nothing for but more hassles.

I only dealt with Bob Tonero, the new manager I think his name is Wayne, and Megan at the reception desk. ALL were wonderful!! I would definitely use this shop again ( but I hope I never need to ???? being hit was no fun! ????)

Last time using ABRA. Not a horribly experience but lacks a lot in every area. If my Toyota passed your QC department then your QC department needs to be reviewed and or overhauled.
