The service I received from Abra was excellent from start to finish! From the personal attention given walking around my car to inspect the damage when I dropped off the vehicle, to the regular unsolicited updates on the status, and the added surprise of taking the time to buff out unrelated scratches noticed in the initial walkthrough, I will be coming back for any future car repairs I may need!

Super easy process! Everyone was very helpful and my car looks good as new! The only suggestion I could make is when my car was ready I didn’t get a lot of notice and was asked to pick it up immediately. Had I been notified earlier in the day I could have given my employer more than 30 mins notice that I had to leave early.
