Best auto repair experience ever. I was kept abreast of progress proactively every step of the way. And Bruce was simply awesome. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with him. He even arranged dropping the car off for me because I wasn't in town to pick it up. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

It was ridiculous and an awful collaberation between usaa and abra My car was broken into on the 22nd of September 2015 and this was an auto insurance comprehensive claim and I had been recommended to go to abra through usaa This was a horrible experience not only was I pissed off my car was broken into but first it took 4 days for my car to even get from the tow company to abra in the first place I blame my Insurance company and abra for that mainly because there was no contact to me about what was going on or what was needed I was never contacted by abra or usaa reguarding my car I had to do all the contacting I was also lied to at one point and told my car was at the concord location inside away from the rain so it wouldn't get water damage which was a lie it was still at the tow company collecting water the only thing that was wrong with my car was the window was broken with no body damage or anything ither then.minir scratches from the glass dust in that door panel....so as my car is sitting at the tow company for 4 days water got into my car causing water damage after I was told it was inside by a lady I called on saturday at the abra in Minnesota I dont know how she.found that out since the concord location was closed she must have said it to calm me down because at that point it had been three days and my car was still not fixed or even at a shop little did I know it never made it the shop until the 27th of sep my car was broken into on the 22nd of sep so finally they get my car to the wilburn location in concord nc and they tell me all were waiting on is the glass were gonna clean out the broken glass polish the door because of the glass scrapes that was left on the door and get the seats dry so the water doesn't damage the car....ok....the next day "hey um the glass that was ordered had a chip in it they got it from a salvage yard so so we had to get another glass for that drivers side door but.it shouldnt take to long ill give you.an update"...next two days"oh sorry we ordered the wrong size glass for the door we gotta wait to get some more glass because that one doesnt fit but thats the only thing".... here it is october 8th and my car is FINALLY ready to be picked up and all it needed was glass dryed seats and apolish .....then they put 10 in my tank like that was suppose to make me all thankful that for a week and a half I have been without my car and I come to the shop and I have **** polished door and 8 extra days of rental car fees for a job that should have took MAYBE two days and thats with parts..then he says to me hey youre gonna get a survey so cut us some slack on it......no I will not.... I will NEVER again get ANYTHING done with abra again at the Wilburn location in concord or ANY location for that matter id rather pay out of pocket then to have work done there fully covered by my insurance company.would I recommend them to anyone I love or care for??....no

This was by far the worse service I ever had. A 5-7 day project took almost 2 weeks. The owner of this job is racist and the service guy I had no clue about he was doing. This is so out of the norm for me to respond in such a negative way but this service was by far the worse I have received in a very long time. I will never take any vehicle of mine to this shop ever again.

From the moment I walked in to get the estimate on my car, to pulling out of the parking lot with my fixed up car I was not only comfortable but satisfied. Everyone I dealt with was nice, professional and seemed to genuinely cate about my concerns and needs. My car was completed quickly and I was kept up to date on the progress the entire time. I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone that I know. I am so glad that I picked ABRA
