Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Concord

The staff at concord nc is amazing. From the moment I walked in I could feel the compassionate & understanding personalities that the office staff have. Upon leaving my car for repairs I find out the manager Duke would be personally handling my repairs. What a great person he is. From daily updates to his willingness to answer all my questions at delivery, he truly took a horrible experience for my family and turned it into a memorable one. I almost felt as if I was glad I had damaged my car just to get to meet him. He made me feel like I was the only person that existed , and I'm sure mine was not the only car there at the time! Abra could not find anyone better to perform the managerial position than him. The gentleman that fixed our car must be a very meticulous person as well. No detail was overlooked. The car looks great. With a team like you have in concord it is no wonder abra is so successful . I commend them all, and I hope abra does as well, for a job well done!

I was given a promised date and the vehicle was not completed until 3 days after that date. I was also receiving an email update on my vehicle which was not accurate or factual. It was automated so I was lead to believe I was gonna receive my vehicle on the promised date.
