Ryan Pencek was the best at letting us know the status of our repairs through text messages or with a phone call. The work looks flawless and I was very pleased that you made sure every part of the repair was fixed. In our case, I could see the damage of the bumper, tail lights and exhaust, but I had no idea there was so much underbody repair that was needed and that you had to fix. I felt like you made sure my car was fixed 100%. I also appreciated how you worked with the insurance company without our involvement. I would highly recommend your services and I put a 5 star rating on yelp for you.

The first time I even came to the shop it was 20 minutes before I could get a service writer to come look at my car. I already had an estimate in hand. My two to three day estimated turnaround time turned into 11 days. The only reason it finally got done was because I showed up and demanded my car back. It took almost 2 hours before I got it back. Luckily I inspected the repair before I left because it wasn't even done properly, the general manager had to take it back to have it fixed. I finally left, still unhappy with the repair, because I didn't want to waste anymore time or pay for a rental car anymore. I'm glad there's a lifetime warranty on your repairs, I noticed the trim piece that was replaced was glued on, pretty sure thats not how the factory made it. Again, I don't have time to waste trying to get it right.

Mike the manager acted like he was bother that my repairs was not complete. The communication was very poor. Also when I picked up my car nobody came outside with me to inspect the car to tell me what was repaired. If they had did that it I could have told them it was not repaired correctly and would have avoided several trips to the shop.
