My representative, Michelle, was fabulous. She kept me well informed and was very kind! My car's remote keyless entry was broken when my car was returned to me. I know have to take more time to try to get an appointment at the dealership and hope that they have a courtesy car to drive so that I can get to work. Just extra steps that I should not have had to deal with.
