Dissatisfied with mismatched finish on upper and lower honeycomb grills. Told at delivery today I would need to contact insurance company and that we couldn't take care of making the call right then and there at the ahop.

This is the second time I have used your company after being rear ended and the first time I sent the car back 3 time for them to get it right and this time there was a ripple plain as day on the truck lid right in the middle that no one notice. She took it around back did something to it with a drill sander of some sort which made it look worse, she said there must have been a dent, insinuating it was not from this accident so I asked her if it would be a cost in addition to the covered repair she could not say but seemed as to fish to see if maybe I would pay out of pocket in addition to the 6k the paper work listed, regardless they painted the lid and did not notice the flaw that I notice immediately and I don't paint cars for a living and because they did not notice this I guess they could not let me know in advance to pick up the car? She asked me if I wanted them to keep it and I choose to except it as is, that is because it is not worth the trouble I went through the first time which I felt the blame was on the person I dealt with during my first visit but it may be a business culture issue. I hope not to get into another accident but if I do I will not use you company and please do not contact me in regards to these comments put you efforts solving customers issues that might return.

I had a wonderful experience and was very, very, very happy with the service and time needed to repair my car.

Within a couple of months, my car was in the shop 2x for front-end repairs. Came out both times looking like new (only had 10,000 miles the first time and 20,000 the second time). One electronic gaget was not working after the first repair and I took it back and they happily found the disconnect and corrected the problem. Everyone on staff was extremely accommodating and informative. I felt 100% confident in their work the second time around with no question where the car was going to be repaired. Excellent paint job! All 10's from me!

Michelle was professional, thorough, and friendly. She kept me fully informed throughout my complete repair process and got my car back to me ahead of schedule which was definitely a plus for my teenage driver. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the work that was done but most of all the assistant Angie who kept me updated Along the way! It is nice to have someone who is knowledgable about the work being done along with being able to answer questions about the paper work involved!
