****) Time of repair: Originally it took a month to repair my vehicle. It wasn't fixed properly (the bumper was separating because the wrong brackets were installed) and took an additional week and a half. 2) Lack of communication: Emails going unanswered. Failure to receive calls to update me on how, when, and what was needed to fix my car. A span of a week went by with no update until I had to call to find out. Was no one going to call me to tell me the parts had arrived? How was I supposed to know if anything was even being done? 3) A vehicle was provided while the work was completed, but I had to pay Enterprise for protection in the event of an accident. This would never have happened had the work been done correctly the first time. I really don't think it's something I should have to pay for. Overall, the experience really wasn't very positive.

Everything was as promised and we appreciate that. Also if needed in the future we would be back without hesitation. Great team you guys have. Thanks
