You guys are absolutely amazing ! I was very impressed with how you repaired my veichle, and how clean it was when it was returned. The rear right door is slightly out of alignment and the guy who gave me my car removed a sticker that now exposes metal (inside the trunk). These are not issues that take away from the quality of the work, paint, etc.

The best time to evaluate a company and a company's employees is when things go wrong. The first time I reviewed the repairs on my 2015 Buick Regal GS, I noticed that the paint on the repaired section of the vehicle did not match the factory color. Fading was not an issue as the vehicle was only a few months old. After rejecting the repairs, the ABRA team in Cornelius set about to learn about the new painting protocols for GM vehicles. When the car was finally returned the paint was perfect. Persistence and a desire to insure customer satisfaction is what made this ABRA team super stars in my opinion.

It's 32F outside and my toes are freezing as I drive down I-77 South. The heat in my car does not work. It has always worked so well that I do not wear a coat very often in the winter since my car heats up so quickly and strongly. I am very cold right now. The customer relations in the Cornelius location is nearly perfect. However, I am unsure if I can recommend the repairs. They fixed what they were supposed to fix but when I tried to drive away yesterday, I could not due to a dead battery. This morning my heat is broken. My A/C does not work either.
