When my husband went to pick up the car, it was not clean. It had compound all over it and was not prepared. He sent it back in the shop to be cleaned and waited and it came back again - not clean. He took it home and spent an hour cleaning the car. I asked to have a dent repaired and the PDR in marker was still on that spot so they obviously never did anything to it. We are both very disappointed and won't be coming back.
