Being in an accident for the first time Is an awful and unknown situation. CJ With Wilburn has always been on our side To make sure we were taken care of and That we were happy. Even though we have Had a difficult situation with hidden follow Up repairs, we ALWAYS trusted this shop And knew that they would do whatever was Needed to completely repair our car. He Is always patient and polite. Spoke for us to the appraiser and the car Rental situations. It made things Just a little bit easier during a bad time.
