This was my first experience with a body shop and although it wasn't under the best circumstances, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. When I went to pick up, I noticed and the repaired fender and good did not align. By the time I got home, the paint had already chipped from the body rub. Also, the replacement marker bulb does not fit/ is not the same as the one on the passengers side. I also indicated in multiple communications that the steering wheel was out of alignment and the anti-skid warning light was on. I don't think any were looked at. I'm so disappointed I'm sick. I don't have the time to bring the vehicle in multiple times, and have to find alternative transportation. I like Jeff, but I need someone in charge to take a look at what happened and make it right.

The repair process took a total of 10 days, communication between certain representatives was lacking, and there was a display of disrespect towards myself. Kevin Holmes, however, whom is a district manager form Abra stepped in to rectify the ongoing issues and problems with the claim and repair. His professionalism and oversight of the process is a credit to the company, for without his intervention ye entire experience would have been completely unacceptable and even awful. The work performed is fantastic. if I were to grade the shop on the total process it would be a 75/100. Customer interaction and contact is paramount to the satisfaction and relationship-building of the customer service. Without it, you might as well guarantee to never see a customer again once their experience is complete. The front desk secretary for Abra of Mooresville was wonderful as well. She made sure I not only had every form for the claim but also copies of other forms that I asked to have.
