I am very pleased with the OUSTANDING and EXCELLENT service I received. Melanie was very kind and welcoming from tbe very beginning of this process. Unfortunately, I had not purchased Rental insurance on my policy without my knowledge. The Concord staff empathized with my circumstances. They proactively made arrangements to shortened my wait time. Before I had even arrived to leave my vehicle, arrangements had been made to load and transport my vehicle to another facility. Jeff at the Mooresville location kept me very informed with the progress of my vehicle. I received a phone call from him personally each day. This put me at ease, considering this is my first experience with this type of situaton. All of the staff in both locations were an absolute pleasure to work with.
