It took alot longer than I thought it should , and it was very very nerve racking to be told different things by different employees.

Every one was great to work with- they kept me informed every step of the way.

Jay was real pleasant and honest. You did a real good job on my car.

Jay provided great service. Work was exceptional with very quick turn around.

When I picked my car up the trunk lid of my car had scratches all the way across it. I mentioned that to Jay before I left he showed me a picture they took before they did any work to my car none of the pictures showed any scratches the pictures weren't close enough to even see them. He told me that they were there before I dropped it off and they definitely weren't on there. It looked as if they had kept laying something on the top of my trunk lid. He didn't offer to fix the scratches. He tried to have me come back and two weeks for a complimentary car wash and buff. Which he had mentioned that he tried to buff the scratches out,which brought to my attention none of the damage was even close to the top of the trunk lid that they were fixing, so why would he try to remove the scratches if they weren't part of the damage, because they weren't on my car before I dropped it off. I will not go back there to have any work done to my vehicle.
