My experience started off very rocky.. The day before my scheduled drop off I received a call and the person in charge of scheduling took it upon himself to change my scheduled time to an hour earlier than planned. He then tried to convince me that he does all of the scheduling and it had always been that earlier time when I had already called and confirmed twice.. I probably wasn't very pleasant with him considering I scheduled my drop off around my work schedule but he readjusted it back to the original time by the end of our conversation. Getting started on my car turned into another issue because of the insurance delays and using aftermarket parts which in my opinion is unacceptable. FINALLY after a few aggressive emails and some convincing, Frank Francis stepped up and displayed excellent customer service. I have been in the hospitality industry for as long as I've been working so I'm very picky when it comes to customer service and Frank turned my experience around. The car looks fantastic so your people in the shop did an amazing job and the girls at the front desk were very nice and caring.

You have a courteous and professional team that kept me informed throughout the repair process. The concierge approach was efficient and convenient and worked seamlessly as a cohesive team although represented 3 distinct companies. The repairs on my BMW was excellent and upon delivery was showroom ready! Thanks for the great experience!

The only problem I have with the entire experience is how overdone the whole "are we doing a good job" thing has been. The repair looks great. The checkin and out was done fine. Quick. Simple. But abra, travelers, and enterprise are all so focused on asking me for a great review it's become uncomfortable. I'm better with you doing a good job then asking if I need anything else. Then stop.

The experience of having my car repaired was a smooth one thanks to friendly admin staff, the adjuster assigned to my case, Sophie, and Curtis, who made sure everything behind the scenes went smoothly. In fact, I chose this shop because I knew that if Curtis Reynolds was a part of the team, then it would be a shop that would take care of my car, stand behind the work, and get the job done right the first time- and that's exactly what I experienced. You did a nice job restoring my car's trunk lid! Thanks to the staff- when driving out of the parking lot, noticed a tail light out.
