Overall a good job. The car was not detailed when I picked it up and additional buffing and waxing was required. In addition, the car was very dusty on the inside. I immediately took it to have it washed and detailed.

The people that I dealt with at ABRA were very nice to me. I especially liked
The employees that worked at the front desk. The gentleman that talked with me about my car when I picked it up yesterday was very nice as well. The reason that I am not 100% satisfied, is because in my particular situation, the bumper on my car had to be repaired & painted & now the color of the paint on my bumper does not match the paint on the rest of the car. The way that it was explained to me is that paint applied to plastic does not appear to look the same as paint applied to metal. With that being said, I'm not sure that there is anything that ABRA can do about that. I will take my car to a body shop in the area that I live to see if they have any suggestions, when I take my car to have it painted later this month. Thank you for asking about my experience at ABRA.

Everything went well until we picked up the car and discovered that our floor mats were missing! Our contact said ABRA will replace them, but in the mean time our car's carpets are unprotected in this rainy, leaf soaked season. The repair work was excellent, but the attention to detail was less so.
