Everyone is friendly and fantadtic. James kept me informed and I could not ask for a better experience.

My entire repair experience was executed beautifully. The repair took a little longer than I expected but that was really a non issue because I was put in a rental which was a very nice camaro. In the end I was pleased to see my car looked like it did before the accident. ABRA does great work! Hopefully I will never need them ever again. But if I should need repair in the future I would not hesitate going back. And I would recommend them to friends and family should they need auto repair.

I worked with Bill at your Tryon site. He was fabulous to work with through the process of having my vehicle repaired after an accident. In fact the entire staff was awesome. Bill kept me informed during the entire process not only with e-mails but with calls to let me know where we were and what I could expect next. I cannot tell you how great my experience with abra was-It was definitely a -One stop shopping place- it was so simple i couldn't believe it. All i had to do was show up and my geico adjuster was there to look at my car and assess my damages- and the enterprise people were there to issue me my rental car. From the time I walked in to deliver my car to be fixed to the time I picked my car back up I had nothing but wonderful customer service. I was called several times over the weekend by my adjuster and also by abra to let me how the work was going-also the girls at the front desk were terrific- so pleasant and helpful. It was very good and im happy about the job they did.

It is now middle of March and my car has just been completed. I had to take car back several times to get job done correctly. This was not a large job, but the workmanship was sloppy. The only bright part were the girls at the front desk and Carlo's who went over and beyond to satisfy since the first guy was no longer at the branch. Also one guy was rude when the first time I went to get the car, do not know his name but he is in first office. Saying loudly when I came to pick up the car after receiving a call that my car was ready and I had already called and told the girls that I would be picking it up that day. He said that "I said we would call her when it was ready!!!!!!!" I informed him I had been called, he did not realize I was standing at the front desk and saw and heard him. Pinstripe was not done right, new scratches on my trunk that were not there before, door paint "Mucky, cloudy" looking. Lots of compound left in cracks and door. Just plain poor quality of work and professionalism. Doubt we will ever use this company again nor will we recommend this company. It is a shame since we had used Wilburn Auto Body several times over the past 15 years and always with excellent workmanship and customer service now their name is tarnished.

Carman provided excellent and friendly customer service helping me set up my appointment and then again when I had to reschedule. Carlos was wonderful and kept me updated on every step. I loved the text notifications. I appreciate how easy and pleasant everyone made my hardship. You have a great team!
