I really appreciate the fact that my car”which was dirty on the inside”was throughly cleaned & body work professionally done.

Staff friendliness and genuine desire to ensure customers are completely satisfied was a big positive. The turnaround time (only 24 hours) was also a pleasant surprise, which is a direct result of a dedicated technician working late into the night.

Abra auto glass was PHENOMENAL with my car. I brought my 2008 Civic in for a repair after a collision and they made it so easy. The ladies at the front desk were inviting and funny. Having to have your car repaired is NOT really a great moment in your life but they made it very simple. Ben was the guy that handled my claim and he did great job. While my car was in their care it ended up having an issue with the starter that could be explained. Ben simply told they were going to have to hold it longer but that he would make sure it was taken care of by the mechanic. Upon picking it up I wanted to have them take it back in and do the WHOLE care once I saw how they repaired the damage. The driver side looked so good but it didn't look too good from the passenger side. I was nervous that they would make my car look "two-sided" but the blending was GREAT. There is so much I can say but all I need to say is .... THANK YOU ABRA.
