I must say Stan is the man he was so on top of everything, he was such a stress reliever. My Insurance company as well as enterprise stress me out threw this whole process but it was nothing like getting a phone call from Stan after it all. Stan made me feel at ease keep me informed before my Insurance company did, he was assume. I bragged so much about him every time I got off the phone with hime that everyone asked about this place and said if they ever had something wrong they would have to check this place out. I would hope and pray I would never have to come back here but if I did this would be the place especially if Stan is still there. Stan is a great representation for your company if I could I would give him a bonus but it would be more than well deserved. I want to say thank you to him and to the company for hiring such a remarkable employee such as him, you dont get good customer service like this anymore its very rare and far in between. I really hope this gets to corporate because they really need to know the kind of workers they have representing their company. Thank you Thank You Thank You.

Very happy with the service I received and my car looks perfect! Getting the car in/out and getting into a rental/returning it was very simple/easy. Staff is warm, welcoming and professional. My only complaint: I noticed when I got home that there was a some grease inside my car from, I assume, people getting in/out of the car. My car has a light interior - I'm sure it wasn't intentional and I'll get it cleaned up easily, I'm sure. Thank you for taking care of my car so quickly! I'd definitely recommend Abra to anyone needing auto body or glass repair.

Job well done

I had a concern about the repair that was done to my bumper and the technician reassured me it was placed back in place as though my car was never hit. He tugged and pulled on it and said it would not come off and it was placed back as new. The paint job was done well and bumper replaced on bottom was new. Thank you all for a job well done and I got my car back really fast. Thank you again.
