The way was car was given back to me not right it have chip pieces in the paint and they damaged my window and I have rust spots on my car and other things wrong very disappoint with the work and how my car was care for in your hands.

You need to communicate with your customers in a much better manner via phone verses email to notify them about their vehicle. I called 3 times since in the morning and could not get the Collision Advisor directly, and he did not return my phone calls. I had to ask the desk clerk to look up my vehicle on line to find out if it was ready for pick up.
