I am satisfied with the work completed on my car, but not with the way that the claim was handled. There was not good communication between Craftsman and my insurance company. My car sat for over 2 weeks waiting for a supplement to be approved, when I was told it should take 48 hours. If Allstate did not respond to Craftsman, then I believe that someone from Craftsman should have followed up with Allstate sooner. It took 30 days to complete approximately 7 days of work on my car.

No one ever called and updated me on the status of my vehicle. I called on Monday and the rep told me it would be ready on Wednesday. On Wednesday I called around 10am to find out the status since no one called to update me and I was informed that my vehicle was finished the day before on Tuesday around 2-3pm. I went an entire day without my car going off of what the rep told me and no one even called me to let me know it was finished. The rep repeated my phone number she had on file to me and it was in fact correct but I had no calls from them or any voicemails. Communication could be better.
