At the office, Carol was thorough with paperwork and had excellent customer service skills with a smile, and a great sense of humor. Jeremy was friendly and understanding, providing on-time delivery with excellent color matching and touch ups. Extra service was rendered in detailing. He worked right along with the team assigned to make sure all details were completed correctly. If you are unable to complete the repairs by the original date you quote, then you need to notify the customer, not wait for the customer to call you, or even worse, not respond to customer phone calls so that they need to stop by your shop to get information.

Outstanding, and friendly service. Frank's fixed my car after a nasty key incident a few years back, so when USAA mentioned you as an option, there was no other choice. Also, honest, as when I scoured the Internet for my part, they all came unpainted. You found it painted, and charged me just for the part and labor. I thank you for that. I'll be sure to recommend, and use Frank's if I ever need for future issues.

I am absolutely pleased with the service on my Challenger repairs. Franks did such an outstanding job and I am absolutely thankful.
