I really appreciated how thorough and punctual the service was! My one criticism is there were a couple of instances where I was told that someone from H&V would contact me later in the day, but that did not happen. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with the service and I will recommend H&V to friends that need car repair. Thanks for taking good care of my Prius!

All I received was attitude from the guys who work at the Clifton Park H&V Collision Center, they also sent falsified information about where to pick up my car and found out later that it was still in Troy. To top it off, my car was sent in for my rear sensors to be fixed and they are still broken. Never doing business with Clifton Park again, I'll take my car elsewhere.

My vehicle was not ready when promised but the manager was very apologetic. Apparently there was more damage than he thought and also the paint machine broke down. He did all in his power to be sure it was ready the next day. Thanks for such a great job!

My car was brought to H & V with a ****/4 tank of gas. When it was returned it had 20 more miles on it than when I brought it in and a completely empty tank.
