H&V did a great job and the staff there were great. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work done. I was however not satisfied with enterprise - not sure of the affiliation with H&V but they can do better. I travel throughout the country on business and always use enterprise - never had an issue before. The troy business needs to do better and is a potential reflection on H&V.

We are still awaiting completion of our vehicle. We were cleared to pick it up and my husband arrived only to find that there were now not any brakes. We did not have an issue with the brakes prior to this, so this is concerning. It is our hope that this is a problem that is able to be resolved by mid week, as the vehicle was already in repair since last Monday.

I'd like to thank them all for their excellent assistance. The mechanic (Chris morrow) did an awesome job, he was very thorough. He had actually done work for me about 10 years ago in tinting windows on my vehicle then. Eric and everyone else were very courteous, and helpful throughout the whole process. I got my vehicle back swiftly. And I have to say my car looks better than when I bought it! It's clean inside and out looks excellent! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all again very much for your assistanc I would recommend them to anyone.
