The repair was completed to my complete satisfaction. I was not satisfied at all with the scheduling. I had a very minor repair that should have taken two days, three at the most. Imagine my surprise when my schedule estimate was a week! I called Darrell on Monday, 11/5, and asked for clarification. He indicated it was a scheduling issue that was delaying the completion of my car. I scheduled the appointment over a week in advance and H&V confirmed the appointment the Friday before. I am disappointed that H&V Have other vehicles a higher priority than my vehicle.

Everything went very smooth outside of the text message updates that weren't accurate. I even got a couple that said they were on track. I arrived at 4pm but car wasn't going to be done until 6pm. I planned my afternoon around it, filled the gas tank on the rental to where it was, left work early and had class at 6. So it was a bit inconvenient, but i do understand the struggle with technology. It sounds like the text messages need a bit of work. Nice people in the office, overall good experience.
