The repair itself was very satisfactory. The car was clean and the staff was very courteous. The only part that I was unhappy that the shop did not notify me that additional work needed to be done nor did they notify the insurance company therefore my car was delayed a week. I only received a few notifications. I'm not sure if this was due to the fact that they had to send my car to a different location then where I dropped my car off. The experience was satisfactory but just not completely.

I wish the full estimate was explained to me further. The eta was a little misleading. Other than that, it was excellent. We were a little concerned about other reviews of other h and v collision centers in the area. However, we were blown away by the expert craftsmanship to get our car looking brand new.
