The back seat was folded down for no reason I can think of unless you had to haul something in it, which I wouldn't mind except there was dirt left behind.

I had a rear new bumper put on and my back up camera needed to be fixed. Was turned to the left. I pick up my vehicle after waiting an hour and a half for the girl who opens to get there. My camera is exactly the same as it was, and the left side of my bumper is not flush. The right side is tight, like it should be. You can possibly tell me a shop doing as much business as they do that no one even noticed before the vehicle went out. I have no time to keep running back and forth. This is supposed to be a professional body shop and they let there work go out like this? I'm baffled

I think, when giving an estimate all existing damage should be documented, reviewed with customer and pre work pictures should be shared with customer before start of work... just to assure customers and reduce future questions. All gaps should be uniform. No explanation needed... New paint should match existing paint and if the case is that it will, when fully cured, that should be explained. Thanks, Rich

The repair completion date was rescheduled twice, resulting in a much longer completion date than originally quoted. Additionally,it would have been nice if the whole car was painted instead of one third of the car. This resulted in a new shiny looking tail end and a dull colored mid and front end of the car which is quite noticeable. It wasn't what I expected and probably would have explored other options.

Thank you so much for cleaning my car out!!! You guys did not have to do that and relieved that much more stress in my life! The body work is excellent and looks like nothing ever happened. It shows there are hardworking professionals in your body shop. The front desk staff were very kind as well!

The staff were all professional, patient and friendly. I appreciated their cheerfulness and helpfulness while I was in the office, and their help and texted updates on the phone. Really good experience, except for having a damaged car, of course. Car looked great when it was done, btw. There are places that do good body work, but to also have great customer service is a true pleasure!

The button on my trunk that closes the door no longer works. It worked before the accident. I don't understand why it wasn't checked before the car was returned to me. It took over a month for my car to be repaired. Will I know have to wait days or weeks more for the car trunk to be fixed? In addition the car does not drive the same. The wheel is tight making steering harder then before. To wait this long and have these problems is very disappointing.
